Northern Jazz Society

A new jazz club has started in the Hokianga. There have been two Club Days already and the next one is due to be held on Sunday 31st October at 2pm in the conference room of the Omapere Copthorne Hotel.

Entrance fee is $5. Drinks and bar meals are available.

We have received the following email from Norma Lyon:

Just to let you know the above is up and running.Usually last Sunday of every month But none in September.The Copthorne, Omapere is the usual venue. We have had two sessions so far , both well attended by both performers and audience. All musicians welcome to take part,open mic. We would love to see you or any other Jazzers. Good luck with your festival, I will try and see at least some of it.
